Yeah, while Fife a trashy truck-stop I've seen a couple providers there and it seems reasonably safe. Truckers frequently monger, so it makes sense for providers to set up shop there.

Requiring a private residence will limit your opportunities. Unfortunately many providers live out of motels / hotels either because they don't have a stable long-term residence or are understandably uncomfortable having sessions there.

I think it may have changed because every hooker in Fife seems to stay at those hotels and if you drive in the area of the hotels, you can usually find a streetwalker or two. I still haven't seen a cop yet.
