I didn't expect much on Christmas night, but man it was even more dead than I'd expected. Lowe's parking lot was very dark, all of the lights in the parking lot turned-off. I spotted one lone Latina girl standing at the corner of 127th, bit thick for me so I didn't stop. Nobody south of 125th for quite a while. Decided to try Ballard just to see if there might be anyone to look at down there, dead as usual. Not sure that I'd pick anyone up down there anyway, bunch of those old dented junkie trailers, any girls working down there are probably unwashed and generally awful. Still, I keep hearing that Alaska Native Jessi is down there so sometimes I check it out.

Back up on Aurora later on I passed a tall, slim WSW wearing what I think was a long red-haired wig. Color was natural ginger, not the bright red some girls like to wear. She had a great body, black boots and I could see her shapely gluts move through her plaid miniskirt (I think it was plaid, anyway). She was walking past the Les Schwab south of 125th when I spotted her. Couple of guys stopped for her but she didn't bite and kept walking. I tried intercepting her at a cross street north of Firestone, we locked eyes as she approached but she kept walking by. Same for the guy who pulled-up around me to try and also intercept her, she gave him a look but kept moving. I watched him quickly move up the block to try again and she finally got in. No window-talking, just went right for his passenger door. Not sure why she didn't bite with anyone else, but I could see she probably wasn't going to offer what I sought and definitely not at a decent price if she did. Again, I got the feeling she was the typical high-dollar / low-value girl I've come to expect on Aurora these days. I guess that made me not want to try too hard..

I'm not sure if anyone knows who most of these girls are out there these days. My experience is that SWs won't give a name nor a phone number if we can't agree to terms for a date. I don't know why that is. Further, actual date reports are way down in this forum in the past year. I know that guys are dating these girls, but who? Most of the time when I watch them they never get picked-up, lots of attention, but guys usually end-up driving away.

That being said, I've met the spinner BSW with the glasses at 0:47 in the video below. She has a killer body, particularly when she wears very tight stretch pants. She approached me without so much as saying "hello" and launched into her pricing - $120 all-covered, covered BJ is extra (so you have to get it up yourself or pay her for the honor). Does she by chance wear her hair up? I've noticed that there is a local SW who used to be out on AA all the time over the years and haven't seen her in the past two years. I have seen her walking in the area you mentioned over the past week. I've never actually met her so don't know her name, but other girls I've known over the years have always told me that she's alright which is not something I hear from other girls very often.

I've found that some of the old-time local AA girls are starting to come out a bit more, typically south of the 90's blocks down to 85th. They don't seem to like to share the corners with the LA and Vegas girls as they draw the pimps.

I am having the same experience as many others here, not too many ladies out, especially at night. I have been hanging mostly south of oak tree, I feel like the ones working in this area are more willing to negotiate than the ones up by Lowes.

Is anyone picking-up lately? Seems to be a lot of gawking but there are some girls out there yet, they're making money somehow or they would have bailed back to a warmer climate. Other than that, I drove through very early Saturday evening around 6pm on my way into downtown. I saw SPD had an SUV pulled-over in front of the entrance to Firestone/Lowe's, police officer in the open passenger door of the vehicle. Driver nor passenger inside the SUV so assumed one or both were apprehended. Only saw maybe three girls out total around that time so also assuming it will be light most of the night.

Residents have definitely been complaining about the nearly-naked girls walking out into the street, walking-up and attempting to open car doors, etc. What's odd is that the police have been telling them "there's nothing we can do" which was and is false. They can still get out there and enforce the laws, that hasn't changed, laws are still laws. Whether or not girls get charged is another matter, but they can still apprehend. I just think they've been very whiny about it. The other thing is that we keep resorting back to the same tactics which have been used for years and that has never squashed prostitution of any kind. I'm not sure how this law-and-order approach will do much other than get the girls to stop being so obvious. In the end I think that's what residents really want, not to see it out in the open. It's the same with the homeless, nobody wants to see it but they're okay with sending it to somewhere else. Doesn't really fix anything. I still really believe that City Attorney candidate Kennedy had the right approach, or at least it was something we could have tried. The old way doesn't work, so why not try de-criminalizing and see how that goes? I'm to the point where we need to start listening to sociologists, arresting our way out of the problem hasn't really worked very well for drugs, homelessness, prostitution and a myriad other issues. The police union called Kennedy an anarchist, but we need to start doing something different. Maybe it won't work, I don't know, but we know for sure that what we've been doing doesn't work, either.

My opinions, of course. But it doesn't matter, because she lost so here we go again. We'll see how it goes.

That being said, Aurora does seem to be the only stroll left in the entire Seattle metro area. When I first got into this game there were active strolls in Everett, Kent / Tukwila / SeaTac, Georgetown, Rainier, Denny Park / AAA as well as Aurora. I'm not sure where it will go next if it ever gets pushed-out.

Police have been making similar promises. Voters have made their preference for law and order known. The strip is pulling in swarms of out of town women and AA can only handle so much increased traffic.

What's interesting is that quite a few girls still stand out there with SPD parked nearby expecting men to pull-over for them and pick them up. I'm not sure why they don't move to the south end of the stroll south of 105th. To me this just highlights the fact that they don't care what happens to us, other than our money we don't factor at all into their concerns.

I still think a stroll smack-down is coming.

If AA does see a task force or other other prolonged LE pushback expect the non-local girls to quit coming to town and chunks of the AA scene to move elsewhere.
