If it was a "stupid" business model, these agencies would not still be in business after so many years. The volume is low because they charge those higher prices. There are more agencies in LA, which means more competition, so lower prices to compete with customers. Some agencies in LA even have 30 minute appointments.
They could even keep the inflated prices, compared to LA, but increase their volume if they offered 30 minutes appointments. Lot more guys out there who are willing and able to drop 200 if it means BBFS from these K girls. Both locals and tourists.

I haven't partook much of BBFS yet, but in my limited experience with duos, they often involve condom switching and usually simply feel like "fuck girl 1 now fuck girl 2". So basically, like 2 separate one-on-ones.
