Flanders jacked up their house fees right when the pandemic hit from $40 to $60 for the HHR and $60 to $100 for the HR.

The reason for this is that it's a management decision to get clients in and out quickly and maximize profit for the owner. I honestly think it's not fair to the providers. A half hour is not enough to form a solid provider / client relationship.

At one hour, your provider will expect an extra tip. Depending on the provider, they may expect extra (some indeterminate amount) for MSOG.
