I'm new to San Diego. Have had two great times at 108, but considering expanding my horizons. Trying to do my homework and while researching Flanders, noted that their house fee (along with some other establishments) is much higher than what appears to be the normal house fee of. 60 per hour. Is there a reason for this? Is there any correlation between the house fee and the level of service! Thank you in advance!

I would just do the hhr. They actually prefer that when they're busy.
