The pipeline has been drying up considerably since 2015. In 2015 and for many years after, agencies would bring a constant supply of attractive American women in their 20's to the DMV. Can corroborate this experience of yours. I have never been able to successfully see her. She is a complete flake. Responds randomly and most of the time not at all.
