At this place BBFS is only only the menu if the provider's description says "Provides extra services according to the tips" underneath her rate. Cocoro has this for instance, but Miku and Rola do not. You might still be able to get it for a big enough tip and if you're handsome and negotiate well with some game, of course, but you shouldn't expect it.
