You made a big logical thinking error, namely that paying more means better service and not getting robbed.

First, I texted Chloe Saturday and made a low, low offer, she did not rob me, she ignored me. When Lightening offered her much more, namely 100 coins she had him come over and robbed him. I promise you my offer was no where near 100 coins for Chloe. So facts prove the errors in your thinking, namely that paying less is actually better!
