Thanks for the detailed review. I stopped going to MM because of these reasons. Problem is, they are famous and get business no matter how many people take a break, many visitors also go there so they don't learn to behave well and keep the consistency of the service.

Two choices I know of are blue ocean (bo) or luxsa / dollhouse.

BO is easier. They do a flat rate. Luxsa has some attractive providers but they are more expensive as many things are an upcharge.

Does anybody know where BO is located? I can't find them anywhere.
