Two choices I know of are blue ocean (bo) or luxsa / dollhouse.

BO is easier. They do a flat rate. Luxsa has some attractive providers but they are more expensive as many things are an upcharge.

Last time I went, it was Sophia and Ruby at King. Mona and Monica were out of town but should be back sometime this week. As far as Tiffany goes, they say she's back in China and may come back "in a few months". I reckon she's out of the biz for good, but who knows.
