Very new to this game. Have had a couple of sessions at AMP but don't have the urge to go back there.

Personally I prefer Thai massages for when I need a real good massage. Combination of deep tissue and stretching. In my experience most of the legit providers are, on average, noticeably better than their Chinese counterparts. Some legit Thai places I can confirm are good are:
