I doubt it's LEO but I'm pretty confident it's a fake. I think the number of fakes / scams on SA now is overwhelming. Mix in the not good enough looking to pay ANYTHING to date profiles and you are left with a ridiculously small pool of actual, real life women who are interested in getting together. I get propositioned by women I wouldn't date for free, much less pay and the ones I would pay don't respond, turn me down as I'm not young or good looking enough, or turn out to be fakes / scammers.
