It's OK I would've walked away due to the abandoned building issue.

I ended up taking the bullet and it's not as bad as it sounds, but definitely not worth the $ that she asks for. Basically a $10 spot with a $40 upcharge. Building has power but she's got at least 3-4 roommates and no lock on the door to her room. She greets you just fine but you'll have to meet the entire family before you even get to her room.
