Thanks for your post. Some people have a hard time separating their emotions from a given activity. I don't gamble as I can't detach myself from thought of loosing money on something I can't control. Yet I have a buddy where I meet in Vegas every so often, sometimes with our wives and he brings a cashier's check for 10 k to deposit at the house and draw from / deposit to as needed.

Know your limits, but don't close the door entirely. Try HX, do you research, and keep yourself centered. (don't get a mistress as one poster suggested).

Emotionless, no strings attached sex isn't for everybody. I usually feel the same way after I've had FS with a provider. Kinda shitty. It obviously feels great in the moment but when I'm done I'm like WTF did I just do? And I'm a long time monger. That's exactly why I don't pursue FS anymore.
