I used to clear my browser history every day and never had that issue.

Clearing browser history won't really do much. You might try going into your browser settings and clearing your cached files, and all the cookies for that site.

I got it this morning, as I cleared the history on my browser. But when I hit request code it popped into my email and I was able to log on.
