Enliven off of Tyco Rd in Tysons? If so, funny that you would ask that as I was wanting to try B&M Therapy that is also on Tyco but across the road from Enliven. I've been to G&G and B&M in that Tyco area. Both are pretty standard with TS and NOVA. I did a review of B&M here you can read but no specific details. Highlight was that she offered to NOVA me in the TS which I thought was hot but opted for the room. I was frisky in the TS so that is how I got the offer. Got a hard massage also that was nice.
