Most of us in this hobby for any length of time will tell you that you never give someone any private information about yourself to any supposed or actual provider. Every year I hear about people who get busted, outed, extorted, etc. It's just bad juju and exposes yourself unnecessarily. There are plenty of other providers who WON'T ask for that.
