Yeah other SWs are not always the best or most unbiased source for scouting reports on their competition. I don't remember ever seeing Debbie wearing her hair in pigtails (always just long and straight) but she is found in the mid-stroll area (anywhere between about Atlantic and Line), so its certainly possible she's the one you've seen. I read your earlier report where you mentioned each time you've seen her she's been talking to other men and women. That part does sound like her. She's a friendly, sociable person, I'd say she's about 5'7", skinny and quite flat-chested. Going back more than a year there have been quite a few reports on Debbie by several mongers and they've all been positive, Again I'm not saying she's eye candy material.
