Texted this one re the "tap out" special. Agreed to meet a 3 pm at a fancy hotel downtown. Given the prices it seemed possible and I've seen other high end providers there.

Then I agree that you don't know what pimping is. If a guy befriends the girls he's with then that's his choice. I don't happen to have a friendship with them, I just treat them nicely. I'm not sure where this is coming from so I'll just say that if Ron isn't exploiting them or taking money or gifts then he's not a pimp.
