Yeah Google cache shows Normani's current ad used the name Noel Cobain in February, and you discussed them in post #5967. Seems pretty clear it's the same person / crew. Lots of ads on rubratings with similar pro studio photos and script font. Writing them all off, no legit reviews anywhere.
