He couldn't render help because he was knocked unconscious and also sustained injuries to his legs. Videos showed him going in out of consciousness while his girlfriend asking for help as first responders arrived at the scene.

I see this got plooped here. I 1000% agree with what you said. Got to be something else to take advantage of someone's situation. A homeless woman with kids. Like that is a no bueno. If I want to help I will or won't. Hence I have the same stance on UTR post. It's literally just handlers and pimps. I don't like dealing with that at all. It's a rarity to find an independent one nowadays.
