Check the article me and Chipper posted, they were probably pigs trying to steer dudes away from seeing real women and towards their sting ads. Nothing illegal about them trying to do so, just like theres nothing illegal about talking about their illegal arrest techniques. Just like theres nothing illegal about meeting an adult woman, even if they are on a site that may be "known for prostitution. " remember, its only illegal if a guy intends on exchanging money for sex, which guys on this board may or may not do upon meeting, maybe they just want a dinner date. The pigs can't choose what we intend to do when we meet with a woman, although they sure as shit are trying to make that choice for the guys busted and twist their arms into what they think they were going to do. Always use your right to remain silent. At the end of the day they only got 3 arrests in 2 days, hopefully theyve come close to saturating their arrest market, the arrests stop because dudes stop going to the stings, and their federal dollars stop coming in so they won't be able to shoot fish in a barrel anymore and have to grow some stones and do some actual police work. Or hell, maybe use those federal dollars to focus on busting sick fucks, instead of worrying about adults meeting adults. Would be a much better use of our tax dollars.

Not saying I'd respond to that one either, but Id be more inclined to say maybe a scam. looking at it it COULD be a sting but the explicit pics and the fact they are offering video chat makes me think otherwise. most of these sting ads are using VOIP plus they dont want to waste their time with dudes masturbating to a video chat

Yosts first sting ad from his inaugural statewide sting in 2019. this one took place in Hilliard, this statewide sting was the gateway from the cops having to reach an agreement to arrest you vs just swarming you and arresting you illegally. a few months before this sting they made weed even more quasi legal then it already was in the state resulting in fewer citations for this by legalizing hemp shifting the THC proof burden to the cops rather then them able to perform instant citations based on how it looked, hence why alot of cops just wont even cite for weed now and just crush it out, this is also when the whole movement of misleading the public by labeling it all "trafficking" started and these instant arrests with no evidence started. they had to make up for the lost citation count for weed, so they shifted it to arresting hookers.

I agree, if the stings in north Lima theyre probably catching and releasing with a court date. Too far from their county jail to book, which unforutnately means we won't be able to see the mugshots as they come in, we will have to wait for the news. The other sting ad said youngstown / warren, same as the ad for the liberty sting last year. If you remember they did a scumbag sting last fall, then a few months later a good guy sting. They very well could be doing a good guy sting now, as they did a scumbag sting a few months back.

Not stupid, just not aware of how insane it has become! I don't think any of us veterans would have imagined even in 2015 or so that in half a decade they would put going after real felons on the back burner, in exchange for building a case on and prosecuting the mailman for meeting a woman and getting a blowjob. I'm protecting the cops jobs too because our tax dollars pay for them to wear their dumb ass uniforms, if theyre costing us our job for meeting a woman, that affects the areas tax base. Meanwhile the burglars and murderers walk free. Also remember, some places that have the time to do this are going to do it alot more than others. Columbiana county courts have no crime and have all the time in the world to fuck with you, that's why theyve been running this ongoing sting since April. Places like Youngstown / warren city, Cleveland city, Canton etc, they have too much going on to bother with it, even if it does get to court just invoke your right to remain silent and youll be fine. Just be prudent, do your research, and don't just carelessly respond to random ass ads.
