If it's any help, you can also, if using the Chrome browser, right click, (or on your phone press and hold and a menu will pop up) and select "search for this image with Google". It's a sure bet that if it's fake the images will be posted in multiple cities across the country. That's a work around to prevent wasted conversation and potentially wasted money. If the image returns no results, or only local results, chances are they are real, but then again, you'll have to converse and take the risk that they are just a local scam artist or uncle.
