The only place you'll get FS in cobb (Marietta) is Therapy Plus. It's in Smyrna (close to Marietta). Easy to find on Google and maps.

Any kamp will offer full service, most are younger than Michelle, she's well into her 50's and she looks it. I'm saying most any kamp in the Atlanta area offers girls younger than Michelle and offers covered FS. I checked out Mama's on E / W Connector earlier this summer. Woman was older and wearing scrubs. Got a "legit" vibe so I left. Checked out Mama's 2 a couple months ago as well and got that same vibe. Mama's 2 only been open a few months. When I went it looked like the same woman from Mama's so I assumed she owned both. I mentioned this before but this place is in a very popular Latina area. If someone would try to open a Latina spa in this area they'd definitely make bank.

Nice reviews for spas in this part of the city. I've been to Cedar and K Massage and had the same experiences. I'm pretty sure Mama's is closed on the E / W connector. I wasn't aware they had one on Veterans. I'll check it out next week if you haven't beat me to it.
