You didn't really say how she did you wrong so we'll have to imagine what that was. You didn't say if you paid in advance and she didn't provide anything. Paid and gave crappy service. Had her or her Handler threaten you. Take money and run. There's dozens more things that these girls do to rip off mongers.

Another thing you didn't say was if you paid her in advance or not. 170 bucks is a LOT to lose to a SW, no matter how hot a SW is, that is way more than ANY SW should ever get. The best policy is NEVER Pay in Advance. If she insists and becomes pushy, it rarely ends well.

With the Electric Daisy Carnival coming in a week, expect to see a LOT more out of towners, many will be super hot. Screen them (assess their demeanor) thoroughly before picking them up. Pushy and asking for money up front is a big NO NO.

Not Andrea as far as I know. I was actually watching a docu-movie about Andre the Giant on my DVR when wrote the post so I was inspired to write the name as such. LOL.
