I noticed Rachel on one of the mugshot sites and swear I've seen her advertise on STG, using this photo. Her offense was not provider related nor are any of the multiple offenses on her record. Anyone recognized her, or have a link to her ad?

Listen to the story, they say that the Columbus city police got a tip about an underage girl being trafficked. It makes it sound like, they saved, read that as busted, the girl and she turned dime on the school teacher. Listen to the story LOL.

That's how I interpret what I know of this so far. It doesn't sound like he was purposely looking for an underage girl, per the story they did the deed for 80, then the police ended up in possession of her, probably by starting to bust her, and then used her phone to get him.
