If they specifically say they don't offer it, assume they don't offer it. There are only a couple on there that state that. Think it's pretty safe to say the rest do whether they say VIP or not.

Well this is just one of the many problems you'll find moving back to Seattle. Good luck with it and I agree when I travelled to NYC I met a lot of beautiful women for $4-5. And they were worth every penny.
