Long time lurker, recent transplant from the ATL. I'm more active on some other forums (TER) but I know that doesn't mean squat here. Let me start off by saying I appreciate everyone who contributes, without you lurking wouldn't be possible LOL. Let's see if I can start being a productive member: I've been looking at this one and reached out to her for info. Rates and location provided but really cagey on specifics (understandable but still). Does anyone have any experience with this one or can provide their two-cents?
