The providers here in noVA are "old". 160 is unreasonable for what you get. 140 is pushing it. 120 would be what I would consider comfortable. What I said is there are differences in her Ph levels depending on the race, it may be based on what she eats but given how eating habits are hugely driven by cultural norms / race and genetics also play a role, it is likely that Ph levels are somewhat different across races. It could be YMMV, but she gave me full menu first visit, was recommended by another monger here.
