Turn off all of the GPS tracking settings for Google, find my phone, etc. Turn the phone off and the GPS cannot track you. Good luck!

Leave "forget" your phone at work. It sucks that she is doing this. Hope things work out for you man. Getting a burner is obvious. But I think that is not going to solve the problem of her still tracking you on your regular phone unless you leave it at work or home and say you forgot it.

Why not just spoof your GPS location so it says you're somewhere else (but to be safe, make it at least the same distance away from home as your actual location in case she needs you to run home for some emergency)?

Find an app that kills the battery. Leaving the screen on with brightness maxed is a good start. Lots of transmitting, especially with low signal, is also going to work on it. Maybe there's something that you can mine crypto with it to kill the battery faster?

Or find a wife that doesn't track you.

I use Google voice, but access it through a web browser in private mode through a VPN. I'm also single and don't have to worry about a significant other catching me.

In terms of phone, I use a burner app called text now. I don't have it installed most the time. Only when pooning I'll install it, set up my appointment, and then delete the app after.

Get a cheap phone that you can remove the battery from. Leave it in your car with some tools, because most women will never look in a toolbox for anything (even better if the toolbox is kind of grungy). Remove the battery and stash it elsewhere.

For bonus points print up a fake property sticker and put it on the phone. That way you can say it is an old work phone that you thought you lost.

Sorry didn't read the original but will still leave the Burner app suggestion up for others. Man that's a tough one guy my wife and I turn off all tracking through Apple, Google etc. Yeah if you can't turn that shit off or get a Faraday Bag then a second burner phone is going to be the way to go, best of luck.
