You're on target with the definition - unfortunately, a lot of providers have varying interpretations of how a GFE is to be delivered, and someone who claims to offer a GFE often falls short of our hopes/expectations. Since in her advertisement she priced GFE at 50 bucks more than NON-GFE, that begs the question: What differs in her delivery? Is it a good GFE - that is, enthusiastically delivered, with at least some believability - or is it passive and not inspirational? From the tone of her ad, I suspect the latter.

...I think you've got it right - like the plumber, who charges a fixed amount for showing up, it sounds to me as though the 100 is for some minimum level of service...if you want GFE for that half hour, it's gonna cost you 50 more. I'm betting that with the amount of structure in her offerings, she's not gonna be that great, and that her "GFE" will be robotic. Of course, we have to admit that you never know for sure...
