In my experience, Angela has never ripped me off, never shorted on time. There was only one time my session was cut short and it was my decision. I had a 2 pm appointment and was right on time. At 2:15 her phone rang, she ignored it. 30 seconds later started ringing again. This time she got it apologizing. Sure enough it was a customer, same one who called a minute ago.
