Yep. There won't be any sort of boycott, but apparently she cares enough about reviews here that she reached out to the guy that started complaining. But that could also simply be because she's a little nutty and off her meds. To be fair, I don't think I've ever heard of her ripping people off, so she has that going for her.

Anyway, she seemed genuine in our communications, so I wish her the best. I do know some here like her very much, so I'm not willing to throw the proverbial baby out with the bath water. She just needs to improve her business woman and customer service skills a bit.
