Posts: 624If you can get them to go to email. Not easy these days. Many will use their actual email address which contains their name. A quick search with their name and city and you have their mug shot or an article in a local paper about their arrest.

Anyone ever see this one? I know she's in RI but she keeps popping up on my SA home page and she looks hot.

I usually have them send me a selfie of them holding up a certain number of fingers to make sure they are real. Then meet at a neutral location to make sure you're not getting mugged. I try to only book hotels that are able to be canceled. Other than that texting is the best bc you can say whatever you want without getting banned from sa.

I am on both and I can tell you that you will find the same women on both, basically most of girls that on seeking are on sugardaddy. Seeking is a lot easier to navigate and more user friendly but once you get around sugar daddy you're good. The one thing I love about sugar daddy is once you start talking to someone you will still can even if your account expired which not the case in seeking 2 times the price of sugardaddy.

Posts: 650First of all you need to be more discreet when you are surfing SA and you must have your own private device. Using a shared device is a disaster waiting to happen.

Pop-up messages happen only when logged-on. When you finish visiting Seeking be sure to log off. Not just close your browser but actually log off. It's that simple.

Also, when you (are logged on and) receive a pop-up, I believe there's an option to click on the pop-up window to turn them off, if I remember correctly.

Posts: 664How do you prevent pop up messages from Seeking Arrangement?
When I am on another screen I get pop up messages from Seeking such as Hey xxxxx just viewed you or Hey xxxx just sent you a message.
This is ok when I am using the computer but if someone else in my house was using it I would be embarrassed.
Any advice how to prevent this?
Thnks CM.

Posts: 265True, however, the same is true of every online site where a credit card is used that has / had a major data breach. The issue with Seeking is the tie-in to your profile and here there are two scenarios.

The other scenario is a breach of SA itself, in which case we don't know whether SA stores card numbers. If they're smart about it, they're processing charges as subscriptions and have no need to save card numbers, as the case with many retailers to limit liability. Monthly re-billing happens automatically by the card processor; SA is not rerunning the card. On the other hand, a data breach of SA is far more likely to expose profile user names and passwords (rather than card numbers) which is a separate problem not related to the question at hand.

Seriously this girl must have a ton of time on her hands to keep creating new profiles. If she's desperate for cash they are hiring at Home Depot.

Sites get hacked often these days, and data dumps can occur. Your probably fine if no one is looking at your statements. But if your interested in a little more privacy you can purchase an online visa gift card, and use that for seeking. Its what I did for one month of sign up. It also has the benefit of preventing them from continually charging you if you forget to cancel.

Posts: 664Seeking way ahead of other sites
Seeking is so easy to use and navigate sent messages you get a notice if someone favorites you or looks at your profile.

Posts: 13What happens if there's another Madison type leak or data breach? Criminals have your name and billing info and can connect them to your profile. Up to you if that matters. To each their own.

There was discussion about this on ThE otheR forum and several posts reporting they use their own cards with no problem other than possibly raising a fraud alert that's easily cleared when the card's customer service department calls.
