Agree with all of the above. Prime time is whenever the girls are out and that varies day to day. I have my time that I like, and it works for me. I prefer after dark so it depends on when the sun sets on any one day and then I might cruise until midnight or 1-2 AM, depending on what I have to do the next morning. I seldom strike out. The key is to not get frustrated. Put the time in and you'll get rewarded just like any other worthwhile endeavor. If you half ass the effort, you'll get half ass or no results. And, as always, YMMV.
