The key element with these modern stings ever since the law passed is that they can track the guy through their cell phone, and the arrests are performed immediately now, either with the cops dragging the guy out of the car or the room is full of cops upon entering the hotel room, with no decoy or offer made such as in past operations. I have yet to figure out how exactly they do this tracking thing although I am trying. The first example of this was the 2nd akron sting, they actually arrested a guy 23 miles from the sting house if you look at the arrest location it was a random address in the middle of the road. My speculation is that he got close, left, and then they went and found him. You would have to literally have your finger on the burn button for an app or just be prepared to discard your phone altogether. Ironically its my belief that their illegal arrests actually help the guy out when it comes to court, if they waited for an offer the guy would be convicted, but because they are now arresting illegally before the guy even does anything wrong over half the guys in that sting for example got dismissed, and the rest reduced. at the end of the day there is nothing illegal about meeting a woman online.

I ended up telling her something came up and I wasn't going to be able to see her that day. I'm don't know if this is related about Elyria councilman getting arrested since they don't give any details or just a coincidence.

Looks like an active sting in Elyria. Article in the local newspaper (elected official) and a few mug shots from Thursday and Friday in the Lorain county jail for soliciting.

The thing is Cleve SKG extended suspending their registration until December. my regular got locked out of her account last month and couldnt make a new one and gave me that info.
