If you're talking about the 1% of providers that are professional and wish to market themselves to stay on the high-end, then yes. They will search high and low to find any info about themselves online. To the 1%, it's a business. But the rest of them are likely junkies that are doing it for a fix.

Only people with too many stories to be told about them would care what people are saying. I would assume a "top" lady that cares that much has a lot of problems. I've only known that to be the case of women I've known who are top and who think they are.
