Yes Jean is a 10 in looks I'd say a 7 in service and a 6 in experience, also a 7. 5 in attitude, if she dfk more, did more positions, and offered 2 x cip that would bring her to hana level service attitude and exp but she is better looking than hana not by much though as I still rate hana an 8. 5 in looks face and body.

Bookers are only as good as the talent they can bring in. M hasn't been bringing in new talent that can compete with other agencies and her existing talent is aging. This is important when you limit new customers as you need to bring in new talent to keep existing customers.

I would guess her business has declined and may be the reason for the "vacation" and lack of any available girls.
