I don't know if its cause I grew up mongering in NYC but I just can't seem to settle for the kind of talent that is up here especially for the prices they are asking. I mean semi decent talent that I used to get for 150-200 in NYC is going for 400 now. I mean yes you can find $150 prices but those are deeds that might scar you for life.
