My review (from over a year ago, FWIW):

Incall location was a safe, clean extended stay motel near the mall. Safe location. Room was tidy, not "lived in" with junk everywhere.

Comms were good, although she did ask to delay the appointment by about 2 hours but gave sufficient advance notice and we did meet at the new agreed upon time without issue.

I found out about this place about a few months ago and it's been pretty informative.
