Yes, when viewing a provider's ad, if you are currently logged-in to LC / EB and then click on the pink heart icon it will change to red broken-heart icon and add her to your list of favorites. If you then look at the right side of the screen under "Choose List" and click on "Following / Favorited" it will filter the list to only show girls you have picked as favorites. Just click the red broken heart icon to un-Favorite. It's somewhat helpful in reducing clutter. Sorry, I guess I thought everyone knew that or I would have written about it sooner.
