Then, coming off my buzz, I won all monies spent back on the craps table.

I got lucky once a couple years ago with an Asian dealer from Cromwell. Played at the table for a while chatting her up and we hit it off a bit. I know asking them out is a no no but I hinted at it and she made a big deal about talking to another dealer at the craps table about where they were going to hang out after work. Luckily I was smart enough to know what she was saying and met her and a couple other dealers there. Since I was staying at the Cromwell, going back there was a not an option or she would have been fired so I used a comped room at the Mirage to take her back to for the night. Only cost me a few drinks at the bar and a 300 when she left a few hours later.

The point is it can happen but there are a lot of 'rules'. If you are too obvious they will immediately shoot you down because they don't want to be fired and possibly have you removed from the casino for harassing them. If you do happen to find a way to connect with them don't take them to a casino in the company they work or they could be fired if caught on camera going to a room with a customer.

Years back dated a few dealers after spending several nights getting to know them playing at their tables. Everything was a few dates and one for about half a year. Did get invited into the Circus Circus break room and all they do in there is eat smoke and play cards.

I was in Reno with a group for a bowling tournament years ago. We were staying at the Eldorado Casino IIRC and one of the guys that I roomed with me hooked up with a woman that worked there. She refused to go back to her room with him and his room mates wouldn't let him shag her in their room! They ended up in a conference room somewhere! He left on a red eye flight shortly after that! As we checked out a few days later, there she was behind the desk! She was nice enough to give us a break on the bill a bit! If she got caught with a guest she would have been fired according to the guy!
