College towns are usually clean and safe and you have a target rich environment full of young mostly middle class women that replenishes itself every year. Yes, many of these girls do have boyfriends, but they will still be willing to hang out because either the boyfriends live out of state, or they need extra money as a broke college student. A known party school like Univ of Florida would be great.

That first paragraph is specifically why I left PA and moved out west. All that traditional crap is not worth it to me in the slightest and is why I like the easy ****** you can find on this forum.
