I think its because at Serenity they have been getting away with poor customer service, the old AMP tricks and they see that people will still come and pay. Maybe if they start to lose business they will be humbled a bit, but I doubt it. It will become a dingy same old two-granny operation. I called to make another reservation and this time was told "No caller ID, no reservation. No caller ID, walk in only. " Well I'm damn sure NOT giving them my number to be on a list there or on call records for when uncle LEO shows up. Not really paranoid but are they doing it because they are so busy and will miss out on money if you don't show up on time, or is it to have something to have over your head? Because it's not like they would wait more than 10 minutes if you were late anyways.
