The closest you'll probably per your requirements is to visit Spring Spa on Manchester St in Atlanta. It's in an old, converted house and they feature Latinas but it's pricey, maybe $260 or so including the house fee. Also, the norm is usually CBJ and BBFS. The only alternative I can think of where you might get a BBBJ is to find an independent Latina on rubratings. If the area mentions Midtown or Buckhead, then that's within your Uber time frame.
