Several months ago I was in touch with her by text and set up an appointment. I drove 45 minutes to an area she said was close by and called per her instructions. Nothing! I waited 20 minutes and called again. Nothing! I drove the 45 minutes back home and as I pull into my drive she texts me saying she had fallen asleep. I am quite sure this was BS and I did not return her message.

Do yourself a favor and pass on her. Those negative reviews are there for a reason.
