13#: Research who you're seeing: You can reverse search any and all contact on every provider now. Tons of websites, paper trails, reviews and feedback available. Do not see unknown entities so you can avoid situation like the one above. I never see anyone who I cannot prove are who they say they are, and know exactly where they're operating out of. I don't do sketchy motels / hotels anymore. They are either quality places, a safe private residence or I don't even bother. There is zero point risking your livelihood and reputation being seen or caught at one of these places for a quick nut.
14#: Arrive early and scope the area of you've never been before: don't just get out of your car and park right in front of a building when you arrive. You are still using the utmost caution when coming somewhere new. Drive around casually and see if there are suspicion looking vehicles that could be unmarked LEO, or strange characters sitting in cars waiting to jump you. Never park your car within view of a busy roadway, especially with the plate facing outward. Even in private neighborhoods drive along the streets to see if weird cars are hanging out a few streets over. Always safer than sorry.

Some guys don't care but that's just me and has worked for years with no issues. There is a catch 22 with that because most of these broads work out of shady motels but I'm just coming from my perspective and I never had an issue.
Rule#3: Call instead of texting. If you know you're going, call instead of texting. Things are cleared up verbally when you call instead of texting. Also don't use your personal number. Get a burner phone are at least use textnow or textfree but they will show up on your bill so if you have a wifey that snoops, that will be an issue.
Rule #4: Never wait in the parking lot. Tell them if you're not ready at the specific time when I come, I'm leaving. I read post where guys sit in the parking lot 30 minutes to a hour waiting on these broads. Are you serious?? Guys need to remember if they start losing money, they will start to get the picture that they need to be on time but this only works if everybody does it. Beside 90 percent of these LC broads are 3's and 4's. Ever notice when they are desperate for money, they text or call you right away and they will be on time.

Good post sir. I especially agree about the parking lot wait. I text ahead of arrival to tell them make sure you're ready with the room number once I arrive. I'm not sitting there more than 5 minutes as a sitting duck with funds in my pocket.
