LE would not have a problem making a list. Where the problem lies, like a previous poster said, is some reporter's assistant flagging this and it making the newspaper or local news. Then LE is forced into doing something.

Well after avoiding LA for a few years because of the traffic, I finally decided to make the drive to LA for the more talents and no up charges. Wow, traffic sucks and it made me a little late. Had a good good time but felt better without all the upcharges. Then the drive back was as bad as going there. LOL. I'll boycott OC for awhile as all the up charges are too much.

3) Most OC agencies are just offshoots of LA agencies. Some use different names, some the same. I am not familiar with an OC only agency. They all advertise on HX, so easy to run them down.
