Apparently it's brand spanking new and today was their official grand opening. It's basically a house on the NW corner of University Ave and Rolando Blvd with only an "Open" neon sign. Be aware that this spas front entrance is the door on the left of the raised patio. The door on the right, at street level, is a soon to open hair salon.

I called the number on the advertisement and found out the following. They're calling it 7-Spa. 2-girls working. $50, $60 for half hour and an hour respectively. I was texted the address.

They have a small parking area for 2 cars in front and 3 in back, but I parked around the corner on Rolando. They also have a back entrance where I exited, but I have no shame and went to the front door.

I'm greeted by a thin youngish looking girl wearing a mask. She speaks decent English and introduces herself as Sara. Inside is clean and organized. I opt for an hour, pay the House Fee, then escorted to one of the back rooms. Nice size rooms and mine also had a sofa.

When Sarah returns I catch a glimpse of her without her mask and she looks vaguely familiar. She has a beautiful smile and likes to joke and laugh a lot. She starts the massage and it's actually pretty good. We chat a bit, but honestly I was really enjoying her massage. They plan to install ceiling bars for back walking and other improvements.

I try to give her the signals for off menu options, but I'm politely declined. She says we just opened baby, but says next time while teasing my meat and potatoes. When I flip there's a look of surprise on her face and I think she recognizes me. She smiles, winks and gives me the shhh finger over her lips. She finishes with an excellent massage and whispers in my ear, next time more fun.

Looking forward to next time. Haha!

Nah I understand that. It's just usually with non-Asian masseuses, especially Latinas at Daisy's, they'll pretty much ask 1. 4 or 1. 6 for FS. And if you try to lowball they send in another girl and tell mms. Mms is usually cool about it but I know there are those occurrences where the dudes get super emotional about the situation. Unless there are new Latinas.

I can't speak for everyone, but I've spent $ for FS at daisy. It was last week. I went for Bella and was given another Latina. She wanted $40. Told her BJ for 60,once she started I asked for FS and told her $. She said ok just this time.

Just saw Nina at Erma. I've seen her at another spa, so I'm sure that helps especially if the previous experience was good. Agree with most of you assessment, but I got a live fish experience. Haha! Til this day, I still tip $100 (sometimes even $80 haha) for FS or at the most $120, but I never tipped $140. Honestly, YMMV but you just got to be stern and stand your ground. However, I must say they must also either like you, like your vibe, or are attractive to you.

But I usually just stand my ground and say I only have $100 and if they counter I just say politely that I will have to come back another time and 90% of the time they cave in. Done it twice on with the same provider many times haha. There was one or two I can remember that don't budge but I believe they are just so high traffic that they don't care. You just got to be confident and not seem too eager or horny haha.

The codes some use to indicate what they paid are indecipherable. Personally I believe we should just say it in easily understood amounts. $40, $100, $200, etc. As the codes aren't doing anything that helps do anything except confuse even us long-term members at times.
