Friday Night.

First stop was an extremely disappointing trip to Criket's. The club went all in on thick gals. The two or three decent sized gals I might have considered, had an attitude that they didn't want to be there, so off to Henry's.

Henry's had around 8 dancers, each one more appealing than most at Criket, which isn't good for Criket. Got a dance from Vaida, who still remembered me, even though I hadn't seen in over 2 years. She had just gave birth two months ago, and it was only her 3rd day back. Vaida was not her old confident self, concerned about how her body came back from her pregnancy.

I get a dance from a thin dancer with a-cup natural breasts and some tattoos named Marissa. Who would be a decent 7 in any club. She orally treats me to a very good round of what she termed "foreplay" almost as good as Violet, but took her three songs to finish the deed. As I was leaving she asks me if I am staying around or leaving. I tell her, "no, you left nothing else in me. " She laughs and says "good, I like to hear that. ".

Thai did the same thing with me a few weeks ago so maybe we can now establish that as a pattern of behavior. I will avoid her from now on.

Well I'd had a couple Vodka Tonics, but was still clear headed, thought about it a second and said, no thanks.

WTF. I've been to clubs all over the country, never cry a tear about cover charges, VIP room charges, Watered down liquor, and over priced dances, but some dude wants my keys when I'm parked a block away, legally on a public street?

Search "valet" on this thread and you will see hundreds of posts. Short story is that some clubs (LS being one, also FC) requires valet and your key fob regardless of whether you parked it yourself or not. Some will say, this is to keep the clubs leverage over you (keeping your keys while a payment dispute is settled, cops are called, etc.). Others will say this is simply a cash grab. Who knows, but there are plenty of other clubs NOT requiring valet, so the choice remains yours and ours whether to frequent those clubs with mandatory valet or not. Side note, I've been to some high end steak houses across the country that do the same thing, to prevent a dine and dash situation, so my personal opinion is that this is the case here as well. Leverage.

WOW, well said, almost my exact same experience at Flight Club. Yes, some beautiful girls, but how they quote $$ for a few songs and private time with a straight face is almost beyond me laughing out loud. Have had some fun on day shift there at a reasonable rate, and have gone back at night when in town, just for a few drinks but no real expectation of fun. Have not been to BT's lately, perhaps a better chance of scoring there??

I have been to Flight Club numerous times and they have many bad policies as you described, but nothing much different than the majority of other clubs.

I typically only go once a year or so, because the prices I am quoted there are ridiculously high. Perhaps money is not an issue for you like it is for me.

There are some attractive dancers but in general I find the quality similar to bts. Many dancer dance at both Flight club and bts, or Flight club and Criket. I typically even avoid Flight Club dancers at other clubs. One of the question I like to ask girls is where else they worked and when the say Flight Club I know their expectation about price are too high and their service levels are too low. I recently met a girl at bts named Loriana she told me she was ex Flight Club, and she asked for a tip just for talking to me. I told her she should go back to Flight Club where that kind of hustle might work.

Occasionally I have had a good time at Flight Club, but typically it is with a girl I met at a different club first and then she moved to Flight Club.

If I didn't like need to negotiate with 8-10 girls to find a decent priced VIP session I would go to Flight Club more often, but the way the pricing is there it is too stressful negotiating all night and possibly walking out with out doing a VIP session.

I haven't been back since October 2020 and I did make it in the VIP that night but it was with an average looking girl who provided a horrible VIP experience.

There are plenty of good reasons to from club to club. The new girl at a club gets all the attention and thus makes more money, maybe they are an average girl at a high end club and can make more money as the hottest girl at Bogarts, the management at these clubs are all pretty shitty so maybe she doesn't want to deal with an asshole manager, maybe a key regular customer of hers decided he likes a different club, maybe she is bouncing club to club to follow specials and the crowds, maybe different clubs have different rates for the kickback depending on the night, maybe her friend works at a different club and she wants to work with her friend.

In the end, these aren't employees. They are contractors and like contractors in any profession have no obligation to one location over another and will always chase the money. If they want loyalty from them, they need to make them actual employees like at Deja Vu.

My experience is there are two major reason dancers change clubs.

For dancers don't provide good VIP sessions, they have used up all the customers in the current club, failed to convert enough to regulars, and are not making any money, so they move to green pastures and quickly burn through the clientele at the new club.

For dancers who do provide good VIP sessions, and have built up a regular customer base. They typically change clubs because they got into a fight with another dancer, or as a successful VIP provider the less successful girls have started stealing from her or generally harrassing her. The club management rarely deals with this kind of internal politics, and it is easier for the dancer to take a small economic hit for short time and change clubs. Once at the new club since she offers value she is able to quickly build up a loyal following there also, and in my case I will follow a good dancer from club to club.

It depends on how often they switch clubs and what clubs they switch from. A few just either want variety, or leave a club in pursuit of more customers and money.
